Dr. Kamal Hasan
Board Member
Dr. Hasan is currently the owner of Davison Pediatrics, PC, in Davison, Michigan. He served as the Chairman, Department of Pediatrics, Ascension Genesys, Grand Blanc, MI, 2004-2018. Dr. Hasan received his medical degree from Craiova University, Romania, 1984. He finished his residency in Pediatrics at St Lukes Roosevelt Hospital, Columbia University, New York in 1990. Dr. Hasan completed his fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology at Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, Louisiana in 1992.

Dr. Nashat Imran

Dr. Nashat Imran is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Nephrology at Wayne State University School of Medicine. He received his medical education at Jordan University of Science and Technology and finished training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, in 2013. Dr. Imran served as the program director for the WSU nephrology fellowship until July 2020. He is currently the Renal Section Chief at Karmanos Cancer Institute and the President-elect WSUSOM Executive Committee. Dr. Imran received many teaching awards, including the School of Medicine College Teaching award, the Mentor-of-the-year award, and the 2021 Paul E. Ruble Teacher of the Year Award. He is the first author of two textbooks and multiple publications, including the prestigious CJASN. In addition, he has served as an editorial member for multiple nephrology journals, including the International Journal of Nephrology.
Dr. Basil Abdo

Dr. Abdo is a Family Physician who has been practicing in the SE Michigan for the past 15 years. He has established Arbor Lane Medical Group providing comprehensive care for all ages. In addition to his private practice, he currently serves as the Associate Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at St John Providence and Clinical Assistant Professor at MSU.
